Individual Therapy

In a 45-60 minute session we take the time to truly get to know who you are and where you are looking to go in your life. We ask about and explore what is most important to you and who you want to become. There are many types of therapy, and we strategize which modality will best help you reach your goals.

Individual Medical Evaluations

A medical evaluation is an opportunity to sit with a psychiatric medical provider to review and address any medical/psychiatric concerns you may be experiencing. These appointments can be helpful in a number of scenarios. Maybe you’ve never taken a medication before and want to learn more. Maybe you’ve been taking a medication for some time but wonder if there is a medication that may work better. Or perhaps you’re wondering if there could be a medical issue- such as insomnia or decreased energy- and looking for a provider’s input.

Therapy Groups

Group therapy and skills trainings offer results-based opportunities to better yourself and increase your ability to manage the challenges of life. You and the other members will not only gain solace in shared experiences but will walk away new ideas and strategies that you can put into practice long after the group is completed.
