Elizabeth Wells, PMHNP-BC

Liz is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offering both medication management and therapy for kids of all ages. She received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Simmons University and has served the greater North Shore community in a nursing capacity for over 13 years. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from Skidmore College and incorporates a cultural lens- whether it be macro or micro- to better understand a person’s journey and formulate the best path forward. With a compassionate and collaborative approach to care, she works with children, adolescents, and adults to help them navigate life’s challenges and build resilience.

Grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity to thrive, Liz focuses on empowering clients by providing them with practical tools, psychoeducation, and pharmacologic support tailored to their unique needs. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or other mental health concerns, she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take root.

When Liz is not working, she can be found outside, trying to keep up with her husband and three school-aged boys on the water, trails, and courts of the North Shore and beyond.
